Salvation
The world wrestles with a pervasive sin problem, one that touches the lives of all. The Bible makes it clear that sin carries a grave consequence: eternal separation from God. However, in the midst of our inability to overcome this predicament, God offered us a remarkable solution in the form of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Through His great sacrifice, Jesus bridges the gap between humanity and God. It’s only through Him that we can establish a profound relationship with the Divine and be rescued from the consequences of our own failures. The invitation is simple yet profound: admit one’s own sinfulness and powerlessness to change, believe in the life-transforming gospel message, and confess Jesus as the Lord of one’s life.

Baptism
Baptism is more than just a simple ceremony; it’s a powerful statement of faith and transformation. It’s akin to raising your flag for Jesus Christ, a way of signaling to the world that you’ve embraced a new way of life with Him as your ultimate authority.
It’s a profound declaration that you’re no longer bound by your old self but have been reborn into a life that reflects this profound change in leadership. When you go under the water and rise again, it’s a symbolic representation of the old, sinful life being buried and a new life emerging in Christ.
If you’ve already taken the step of trusting in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the next natural step is baptism. It’s a beautiful act of obedience and an opportunity to publicly share your faith journey with your community.

Becoming an official member of the NGM family offers a range of advantages. Bible Study
NGM is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community. The gateway to making connections is by participating in our Bible study classes. Our Adult Bible study classes are the lifeblood of our church, providing it with an intimate, small-town atmosphere despite its size. These classes cater to the diverse range of our congregation, spanning all ages, from infancy to the golden years.
Our classes vary, accommodating different age groups and marital statuses, while others are open to all. Some even offer instruction in languages other than Urdu. Within your class, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in small groups, attend events tailored for both women and men, partake in service projects, embark on mission trips, join sports leagues, and more. You’ll soon realise that your class becomes a close-knit “NGM” family, where lasting friendships are formed and you journey through life together.
Our classes are entirely free, without any homework or tests. You’ll never be put on the spot to read, pray aloud, or answer questions unprepared. However, the classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge you weekly, fostering spiritual growth. Regardless of your familiarity with the Bible, whether you’ve never owned one or possess a Master’s Degree in Theology, we invite you to join us. You’ll be delighted that you did!
Volunteer
Our volunteers hold a special place in our hearts! They play a pivotal role in spreading the message of Jesus within our church, across Pakistan, and even on a global scale. Volunteering is your chance to utilise the incredible talents that God has blessed you with, forge new connections, and establish friendships throughout the church. It’s an enriching experience that cultivates that wonderful sense of belonging, where the church becomes your “home away from home.”

Giving
Though some may have a negative view of giving, often known as tithing in the church, this doesn’t match God’s plan. Giving serves various purposes: it’s an act of obeying God, a way to show gratitude for His blessings, a form of worship indicating God’s authority in our lives, and a reminder that everything belongs to Him, and we’re just taking care of it. Moreover, giving creates an exciting opportunity to reach more people through devoted individuals, programs, and ministries that aim to change lives through Jesus. We believe it’s a cause worth backing.
Personal Relationship
God desires more than just one day a week with you. His plans are grand, and his love longs for personal connection. Being intentional about time with God doesn’t require overwhelming your week with church activities, though being part of a community is important. It means carving out a quieter space, what we call a “quiet time.”
These moments allow God to guide and shape you. Maintaining a consistent quiet time creates a channel for God to speak to you and unveil your life’s purpose. Building this one-on-one relationship is crucial for spiritual growth.
There’s no strict formula to follow, but most involve a mix of prayer and Bible reading.
